Can you believe the Chicago show is just one week away? We’ll be at the Merchant Services Pipes table Saturday helping deal briar. Stop by and say hi.
Next week, we will have restocks of Acadian Flek, Van Gogh, Claymore, and Raven Eye. Expect them Tuesday. Usually we process bulk tobacco to sell on Mondays and Fridays currently, so Tuesday and Saturday are going to be “usual” days for KBV blends to drop.
We’ve added more items than the Captain’s Log recorded this week. Poke around. With Sutliff gone out of business, tinned aromatics are a good choice. Many of the tinned varieties we carry tend to be Virginia aromatics.
This weekend is the return of Jupiter Slices. Ever since Sutliff announced they were going out of business, we’ve been short for time to prep plugs. Jupiter Slices are made with Carolina reds exclusively over 12 years old. They are also the platform for the new revision of Kraken Bar and the basis for Holmes Slice.
The last batch of Jim’s Special Flake is out. The flakes are less broken for this swan song batch.
We oversold Dungeon Meister and had to cannibalize two of the remaining pipe combos. That leaves us with a few kits left. We also have enough Sauerbraten left to fill them in. If you see a Sauerbraten Bento appear, it’s the same box but with the main tobacco swapped.
Random Fact of the Day: Kopp Ahoy is a Virginia aromatic flavored/scented with the fruit of the baobob tree. Ken isn’t a botanist. He had to lookup what a baobob tree was.

Whoa!
Cheers,
Ken
