Blend News

Recap: Recently we added Garden of Freyja and Burley Joe to the official menu.

We have a new Mature English Oriental mixture called Orcish Delight that’s smoky, greasy, dark, and everything else a good Orc likes. It will be released under the Sword & Board label. It will also be the first regular production Balkan mixture on the menu although it will be subject to availability gaps like Van Gogh.

Dubai Chocolate is going through another test cycle. Next test is red virginia and burley in proportions that should balance the PH in the middle.

The new Zen Garden, Burley Joe, and Dubai Chocolate blends try to use zero blackened tobaccos. Freyja despite being aromatic uses much less black cavendish than a typical aromatic. We’re working on a fragrant Dark Fruit blend that is heavily black cavendish (with blonde and brown highlights of Virginia and Burley) for the rest of you. We’ll see how it goes.

We’re working on a new Burley Morning Pipe test candidate.

We have at least a few batches of Dark Fired Cherry left to make. We just finished bagging up all the remaining Stampede Kek. Nightmare we’ve been able to extend further by at least a batch. We’ll keep trying to keep things on the shelf as long as possible.

Cheers,
Ken
