Ken’s health is good. In fact, so many people in Chicago asked “what have you been doing?” in that regard, that I (Ken) decided to talk about it.

  1. Ken threw away almost everything in his pantry that contains Cottonseed Oil, Safflower Oil, Soybean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil, “Natural Flavors”, Soybean derivatives, Corn derivatives, and “Added Sugar”.
  2. Ken tries to only eat sprouted grains, grass fed beef/dairy, pasture raised chicken/eggs/pork, wild caught fish, and mostly organic fruits/vegetables. Organic was once a joke in America, but now it’s a nice way to eliminate Glyphosate from your diet.

After six months of radically altering my diet to remove processed foods, seed oils, and added sugars; I feel happier and healthier overall.

My Advice? Do your thing. You do do.
