Kraken Plug may be brought back using the Jupiter Slice platform if testers agree it’s nothing less than awesome.

For November, we usually have a change in the fall fare. Away goes the Dread, in comes the pie and turkey. In the past we occasionally made a Virginia/Burley for Thanksgiving, but currently Toast of Texas is already on the menu and uses one of the old recipes. Embry’s Hot Mug shows up at some point but her Banana Bread is already on the menu. We’re going to focus on bringing back Verge Engine Overdrive and Sabotage in November as well as a mostly Burley all day mix that has zero blackened leaf.

We’ll be at the Texas Pipe Show Saturday.
-Ken sees a lot of familiar faces but remembering names is hard when you’re running a table. If Ken says “remind me your name fella”, it means “I’m in show mode, help me out”.
-We have everything lined up for the show table including some choice leather. Remember to grab some of Embry’s custom earrings to take home to the missus.
-We have Pork Chops and Apple Sauce (Virginia/Perique), and around half the bags have vacuum sealed “chops” inside. It’s presented dry and ready to smoke.
-We have the slow smoke blend to sell as well, B. Frog’s Showtime (Burley).
-A microbatch of Sabotage (latakia/cognac) using some rare ingredients.
-“Back Issues” (Ken’s private reserve of old blends) will be for sale.
