Shipping

Shipping is free for domestic US purchases with additional paid options.

Shipping will via USPS or UPS within 2 business days of ordering usually. Orders to the same address by default get bundled to save on costs

Returns or Refunds

Tins with minor cosmetic dents cannot be returned. Most items for sale cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a functional issue with the item.

Sales of items as custom or unique bundles have no returns.

Use the contact form on the site or the email address in your order confirmation to state the reason for needing to return the item. 

If tracking shows an item was lost in transit, KBV will refund the purchase. It is up to the buyer to secure the location where parcels are delivered, and an item cannot be refunded as ‘lost’ if the tracking number shows it was delivered.
