Fuzzy’s Pepper Jelly is based on an old KBV blend (St Vache Jelly). This blend focuses on the fruity tones of perique with a lightly applied tart cherry casing and some black Cavendish for smoothness. Great for funs of Va/Per blend with a fruity uncurrent like Dorchester.
