Pork Chops and Apple Sauce is an event blend that uses bright Virginia, perique and casings including black cherry, prune, and apricot. This batch was made to promote the Texas Pipe Show 2024. We made extra in order to sell online to promote the show. This is the loose version of the blend vs the compressed “chop” version.
